Testimonials

  1. I am afraid that I take for granted many things which perhaps I shouldn't - hygiene, food and consistent care nursing etc. If you want a quote it has to be the informal and friendly atmosphere that pervades the place from top to bottom - including patients and visitors. And importantly achieved without compromising standards of care. Should the day come it will be high on my list. Yours Len.
  2. Dad is very content in his home. He loves being in the conservatory surrounded by his plants. He enjoys the food which is well presented. He is always clean and well looked after. The staff are always friendly and cheerful and attentive and nothing seems too much trouble to them. Eve Tyler
  3. Had it not been for the brilliant nursing care my aunt received especially in the last few years at Westhampnett, she would never have reached the grand old age of 99! On behalf of our family I would just like to record our thanks to all the staff for the loving care they gave to my aunt. Thank you for the lovely tea the catering staff put on after the funeral. My wife and I have been coming to Westhampnett on a regular basis for what seems almost a lifetime! Please be assured we will not forget the home and staff and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Rev. M Lewis
  4. My wife suffers from dementia and cannot control her legs properly. She entered the home in a very poor state at the advice of her doctor and I could no longer provide the 24 hrs care that she needed. In the three months that she has been at Westhampnett Nursing Home she has improved greatly. The staff are dedicated attentive group of professionals with heart, from the managerial top to all the echelons. Their care and attention have made her life pleasant and almost purposeful, I cannot thank them enough. K Ahamed
